When the show ends, especially if it is a multi-day event, take the time to take notes and organize the materials gathered before leaving the event. Make sure your storage is safe, so nothing is damaged and everything you need to save the next day. Upon return of the series, do not forget to follow up with contacts you have made and to prepare for Mass next year!
