They Sell for Less and Our Stores are a Mess!
What kind of image you present in the marketing of their products? They are professional and well organized or supported your company / site yelling / whatever, “neglected” by those who matter most: Let’s see how a leading retailer of winning the war, sales, organization of the store.
WalMart has in many categories with different products, sell them dominant. In 50 years the company has grown from a local player into a world power, goes to the country’s largest consumer markets expand in the world, China.
As much as WalMart new horizons to conquer and dominate the American landscape has led to a problem. Visit your local Wal-Mart at all times and was hordes of buyers, but the laborers are few. Most employees are busy, call the front of the store sales, while others are scattered throughout the store to install the camp.
Frankly, by running down so fast that the store must meet the peak hours, to keep everything at hand. No, if you have a customer who wants something, and you can not find the product you navigate transitions as boxes in stock are sometimes blocked.
The biggest rival Wal-Mart seems to have done well. Their stores are clean, the characters that will help you find the different departments are big, bold and color-coordinated, and assumes no restocking through the gears. Kmart was once an industrial power and many of its stores are old and unkept. Kmart is now an “also ran” like other retailers – including Wal-Mart – a better place to buy gifts for customers.
As much as a factor in the price of the sales profit is war, organization and cleaning stores in the end undermine the sales of customers are drawn by a chaotic environment, and decides to go to their competitors.
Although many customers may request a reduction in the level of customer service [less land available to help, for example] is accepted, the chaos to disappear faster than low prices, then pull you in tout, “prices always low, always “in the slogan but your customers will flee if they find your company is disorganized.Participants waiting in the wings to take what you have to lose, you can see the loss of income?
